The difference is vertical surfaces. Standard cleans the surfaces you touch. Deep adds the ones you don't: baseboards, window blinds, the outside of cabinets and drawers, light fixtures, doors and frames. That's the whole distinction, and it's why deep takes longer and costs more.

Do I have to be home?
No. Most recurring customers are at work. You pick how your cleaner gets in on the first visit and you can change it any time.
What's the difference between standard and deep?
Vertical surfaces. Standard covers the surfaces you touch every day. Deep adds baseboards, window blinds, the outside of cabinets and drawers, light fixtures, doors and door frames. The full checklist for both is published above, before you book.
Who provides the supplies?
Your cleaner arrives with their own supplies, products and equipment. If you want something specific used in your home, tell us and we note it for your cleaner.
How far out of Raleigh do you go?
Raleigh and the area around it. If you're just outside that, call and ask before you assume the answer is no.
What if something isn't clean when I get home?
Let us know. If something was missed or isn't up to standard, we'll make it right.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Recurring visits cost less because there's less buildup between cleanings, not because you signed anything. Skip a visit or stop entirely whenever you want.
Are the cleaners your employees?
No. Cane Home Cleaning is an owner-operated company that matches you with independent, vetted professional cleaners and handles the quote, the booking and the billing. Your cleaner runs their own business and brings their own supplies. If anything's ever off, you deal with us, not with them.
What about my dog?
Tell us when you book. We work around pets all the time. If yours needs to be behind a closed door or in a crate during the cleaning, we'll make a note so your cleaner knows each time.
